Sometimes the best way to tell you what something is,  is to show you what it is not.  here is something one of the programming tridonkeys sent me with only this in the email.

"Krum,  I think this guy is the epitimy of the antitridonkey,  what a D$#%#e!"

I tend to agree,  don't watch it all as it will waste 10 minutes of your life,  but you will get the hang of it pretty quick.

Perfect example.  All you have to do is listen to minute 1:30 to about 2:30 and you will get the just of it.
